Yesterday I decided to quit my intermittent fasting protocol. I do not think I get enough sleep to sustain it, nor do I think it will be possible to acquire said needed sleep until July. Today, my first day with breakfast (aside from heavy cream) in about two months, proved to be a very heavy eating day. I realize I am beginning the transition phase. But I still feel quite full, mentally.
I wish my shoulder felt better this instant and stayed that way. Signed up for push ups.
